General Information
Rates
for 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 months must pay listed price
in FULL to receive the discounted rate (NO REFUNDS).
Reservation
Deposit: $100
(Deposits
are applied to rent with the balance of rate due upon
arrival)
A
request for a site for annual will override a monthly
deposit. Another site will be found or the deposit will
be returned.
Guests
are welcome at no additional fees for up to two weeks.
After two weeks, a fee of $10 per day per person will
be charged.
NO
REFUNDS ON ANNUAL RENT
NO
REFUNDS after October 1, 2007 for any reason.
Administration
fee for rental units of $25, payable when rented and
payable for each and every rental.
Post
office key rental $1 per season. Annuals may keep key
in your trailer while gone or leave in office on key
board. Returnable when home sold. Non-annuals must return
on departure.
Water/Sewer/Trash:
$15 per month, payable with your electric bill. (Electric
rate is 15.0 cents/kwh)
